Linking a Subscription to a Relationship Type

Enhancements to relationship management linking a specified Subscription Product to a customer relationship type, so that when an individual related to the organization is assigned the relationship type, they also receive the benefits of the subscription.

The Maximum Limit of Members that can be added to the relationship type is based on the quantity of subscriptions purchased by the organization. A new menu option within the Subscriptions Profile is available to manage the relationships.

Designations Related to Active Certifications

Simplify the designation process when designations are earned through certification. Create certification related designations and associate them to certifications during configuration. Once a certification is active, the designation will be added to the individual's profile and displayed in Impexium. The designation is tied to the certification’s active status, when expired, the designation will be removed.

  • Reduce the risk of an individual’s profiles not reflecting their designation due to manual process errors.

Payflow Express Checkout Now Available

Payflow Express Checkout – extended the Payflow integration to support Payflow Express Checkout allowing non-staff users to complete their purchases more quickly and easily by using their PayPal accounts.

Key Benefit

  • Non-staff users can safely make their purchase using the familiar PayPal Checkout process.

New Supported Payment Methods

JCB and UnionPay credit cards are now supported payment methods in Impexium. Once configured as valid payment methods, users can make a payment using a JCB or UnionPay credit card.

 Password Security Improved

The Impexium password policy has been updated. Passwords are required to be a minimum of 12 characters.

Note: Existing users can continue to use their current passwords but will be required to follow new password requirements the next time they change their password.

Upgraded Quickbooks Online Integration

The Impexium integration with Quickbooks Online is upgraded to version 14.6.3.6.

Billhighway Dues Export Improvement

For Impexium users also using Billhighway, the Billhighway Dues Export process is updated to exclude $0 chapter membership products from the file. All products must be greater than $0 to be included.

Resolved Issues

  • Incorrect Overview Balance: Updated the overview balance logic to properly exclude canceled orders when the entire order/invoice has been canceled.

  • Invoices: Resolved an issue in which line items were duplicated when the invoice print date was modified.

  • Revenue Recognition – Cancellation Handling: Modified the recognition process to handle cases where a term-based item is cancelled in a fiscal period after the invoice's fiscal period, and the revenue recognition for the invoice's fiscal period is conducted after the cancellation.

  • Product with Related Product Deletion: Staff users with the appropriate role access can delete a product that’s not been previously purchased. Prior to release 9.2, a product with related products could not be deleted by a staff user.

  • Relationship Type: The Relationship Type - Maximum Active Per Organization setting value must be greater than 0.

  • Roster: The Client Record field has been removed from the Add Existing Individuals page.

  • Expand Your Search: when clicked, the Expand Your Search function will no longer generate an error. Two areas where this error occurred were: Events - Add/Change Attendees and in Committees - Copy Active Members to Another Committee modules.

  • Individual Profile Category: the system did not display an individual's new category unless the user cleared their cache. With this update, a new category will be displayed without requiring a refresh.

  • Mailchimp Export Query: MailChimp Export will exclude invalid email addresses from the export.

  • Constant Contact: resolved empty export files related to missing emails.

  • Timezone handling: The system will default to the system timezone for new members. Also, the system will prioritize a US timezone over a non-US timezone when a UTC timezone is shared. Prior to 9.2, some new members were experiencing a non-system, non-US timezone.
